Every day in the World someone is breaching ethical rules in contempt of court, adding a ‘cast doubt on the integrity of the judiciary and judicial processes’. Judges and Lawyers have to be an image of integrity and transparency so they can deserve the confidence from the Citizens.

I am a professional lawyer since 1975, writer and advisor;
- Representant of FEDERASUR - Federation of Chambers of Commerce of South America;
- Secretary General of the TIP foundation committed to work in anti-corruption, ethics and integrity network ;
- Honorary President of the "Luso International Foundation for Education and Culture in Northern Portugal";
- Initiator of the CLIP - Oporto International School - network of International Schools in Portugal (Braga, Porto, Leiria);
- Co-founder and former representative of the AACDN Portuguese Northern National Defense Association European;
- Representative of the Brazilian Military Academy Assocation - ADESG;
- Since 1992 have been coordinator of Portuguese and Brazilian initiatives, organizing events on preventing corruption and fraud. Previous to my involvement in anti-corruption work I have been working as District Counselor of the National Bar Association.
I published several books about real estate and property administration law.
- For six years he was involved in teaching and coordination of the lawyer trainees program in Northern Portugal.
- I was the first Portuguese representative of Transparency International in Portugal and I am a co-author of a anti corruption blog;
- I am an expert author in EzineArticles;
- Actualy I am also the General Secretary of an Institute for research in National Politics and Strategies - CEPEN
Activities: Strategic organizational planning, network executive coordinator, in: Development integrity public programs, Educational public programs, organizational management in Security and National Defense.
