This is CLIP - the Oporto International School in 1986. I founded this International School by a request of the Japanese, Dutch and Scandinavian communities because there wasn't in Portugal a proper School attending Their educational needs. This project took 8 years of my life and is a success case in the present.
Early in age, at 33 years old, I start giving conferences along the world. This first conference was at Fundação Antonio de Almeida - the most prestigious in northern Portugal.
In 1989 I started my contacts with Brazil invited to celebrate in the Military School the 150 years of the birth of the Portuguese writer Eça de Queiroz.
In the Supreme Court of Relação do Porto in the 90's I gave many lectures (at the table the actual President of the Portuguese Supreme Court Noronha Nascimento, the Presidente of Tribunal da Relação do Porto and the Regional General Public Attorney
Being the Transparency International representative in Portugal I organized the first Portuguese major international event about corruption.
I founded in the nineties a civic movement about citizenship. In the picture me and Guilherme Oliveira Martins the actual President of the Audit Court and former Minister of Education .
